Sadly...when you offer something for free it gets peoples attention. Was just at one where all the booths that offered a raffled prize were booming. Heck....I won a GoPro!!!!

If someone assures you the #1 spot in search engines....YES...its to good to be true. Look for longevity as a SEO company. Good companies or individual SEO professionals will work hard on your behalf to constantly monitor your positioning. Its a marathon not sprint.
