Employee Benefits Administrator for 19 McDonald's locations

• Employee Health Insurance: maintain record of eligibility by using an excel spreadsheet, complete paperwork necessary for enrollment, make any changes to employees coverage during open enrollment, enter payroll deduction for their premium payments and make premium payments to the insurance carrier.

• 401 (K): track eligibility, organize meetings for enrollment, process paperwork, enter information into our online program such as employee information and contribution allocations, enter employees contribution amounts and loan payments, maintain employee records and complete and file the form 5500 year end report.

• Employment verifications: fill out and process requests for employment verifications, including but not limited to Social Services, IRS, Social Security, Law offices and investigators.

• EEOC claims investigations: gather any all information needed to support our company in an investigation, (i.e., payroll records, employee files, applications etc.)

• Worker’s Compensation Insurance: complete applications necessary to yearly quotes, maintain records such as NCCI reports, loss run reports, number of active employees etc. Work with the insurance brokers to insure we receive the best quote possible with the best coverage for our employees.

• General Liability Insurance: complete applications for renewal, maintain records on our store locations needed for application process (exp. Square footage, lot size, number of employees etc.) Work with brokers to receive best quote on premium and best coverage. Complete paperwork necessary to submit a claim and gather all materials needed related to the claim.

• Payroll taxes: Print reports necessary to file payroll ending payroll taxes, report tax amounts to automated tax processing center. Balance quarterly taxes and adjust quarter ending payments accordingly.
