We specialize in the production of Farm raised, Drug free, USDA Inspected Dry Aged, Affordable Beef. Though this quality of beef has been viewed as a luxury item by the industry, our goal is to change that. We do beef the way it was meant to be done; all natural without steroids, hormones, or fed through antibiotics. The majority of their diet is comprised of very high quality protein rich legumes and fertilized grasses.

Our customers constantly tell us horror stories about the beef they buy in stores. How pink it is (real dry aged beef is dark red), how tough it is (dry aged young beef is tender), how difficult it is to find premium cuts like Tenderloin, Strip Loin, French Cut Standing Prime Rib Roasts, 7 Steaks, and Tri Tip Roasts (we have them all).

But when they go to higher priced chain stores, steaks can go for $30+ per pound and the quality is only marginally better.

Our cattle are all farm raised, drug free, and treated VERY humanely. Our average cow is processed under USDA Inspection at a tender age of 15 - 18 months. We have our beef dry aged for 14 - 21 days prior to the carcasses being cut. Even our ground beef is dry aged. Find another farm that does that!

We currently ship via UPS to 14 different States as far North as Indiana and Virginia, as far West as Texas, and as farm South as The Florida Keys and everywhere in between at no charge for all bulk packs and orders $100 and more. Our beef is securely packed inside insulated EPS Foam Coolers with Dry Ice to ensure your beef arrives on your front door safely.

(more) Putting a product on special because it is overstocked, slow moving, whatever isn't a bad thing.  It converts non-performing inventory into cash.  That cash can be turned into a performing revenue stream.  However, trying to replace marketing with discounts?  I wouldn't do it.  Word of mouth is definitely something that you can incentivize and is very valuable.  However, nothing touches mass media in my opinion.  In our market segment, we have always seen the most bang for our buck on good old TV ads and direct to door mailers.  Facebook used to be our "go to" when we needed a boost.  Today we use other platforms to reach the millennial aged customers, and traditional platforms for the older.  But at the end of the day, you have to have a very well executed marketing strategy to ensure your ROI is positive.  Gone are the dot com days when your startup could lose $20m annually and still have a $400m valuation.
