I would like to state also that Bank of America has made it difficult also. Every way we have turned has left us with no answers of how we can receive the money we have been told we can get. I am very frustrated with the whole process. In the meantime our bills are not paid and we are getting deeper and deeper behind.

I have similar experience. Although we still have our personal banking with them, we have been talking about get out of it as soon as possible.

We had the same experience with Bank of America. After banking with them for 20 years and seeing the kind of lukewarm reception during the process, it was abundantly clear that the big banks interests are always around big firms. We started banking relationship with a local bank and are in the transition process.
