Cycling Studio, Group Classes, Personal Training and more

Welcome to SWEAT, Stockton's most unique fitness facility offering indoor cycling, group exercise, boot camps and individualized personal training. Our equipment is unique, allowing us to design core-centric, balance-challenging, functional movement-based programs to enhance the activities of your daily life.

We offer a series of innovative workouts which complement each other in order to offer you a workout regimen that is flexible, spontaneous and most of all FUN!

SWEAT provides classes that reach every fitness level from novice to the professional athlete. Whether you are looking for a fresh, new way to exercise, cross train, or get a leg up on your competitor and exceed your current level of fitness, SWEAT is here to help you reach your goals and motivate you to keep setting new ones!

How We Got Started

Our mission from the start was and still is to share our expertise in health & fitness towards helping others to establish healthy eating habits and, encourage & provide exercise options that assist in weight & fat loss, core strengthening, and muscle toning. We also thrive to provide functional movement training to help our older population with maintaining flexibility, coordination and balance to help prevent accidental falls so they may live productive, self-supportive lives!

Our Ideal Customer

We service the needs of many. Our current member base consists of 94% femaie members with an average age of between 30-55 although, we have members as young as 14 and as seasoned as 80+!

Individual or Small Group Personal Training

We offer 30 minute or 60 minute sessions designed and delivered by our certified personal training staff. Small groups are from 2 up to 6 individuals.
