This is Truly a Lawyers Question.  We are a Private Investigative Agency and we DON'T provide Legal Advise  However; w that being sd.  I am Permitted to give My Professional Investigative Opinion as WE Too have to follow The Law...Esp. when Camera/Surveillance is involved.  The General Rule in the State of PA= "The Expectation of Privacy" that EVERYONE Must Follow.  Ex:  The Test that we use and ask bf running Surv. is Should this person we are Filming expect there privacy in the Setting that we have under Camera Surv.  If the answer is YES; They are expecting there Privacy then DON'T Film!  There are many Other Test you can Utilize to see if u meet this Surv. Test.  Also; anytime someone has a Camera "Visible" to the naked eye....In my Opinion; Definitely, Deters any illegal act.  I hope this helps You. Good Luck!
