Hi Eric,Maybe if you price the jobs by the size and the material's you will use and figure a fair price for the time it takes then you could have all these listed on a paper for your customer showing what the money is going towards, and not really have any set price it might go better also do you have any of your work that is done so the customer gets to see the quality and work you do? Maybe even different sized items and there break down of cost to complete the job....
