Our Fitness Classes very every time. No class is the same. But they all have strength training, core, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning and balance components. Typically the classes are small with 4-6 people ranging mostly from 30''s to 50's though some teens do attend occasionally. The class is very easily modified to a person's personal intensity. We have treadmills and bikes and climbers to help achieve your cardio needs. Come train with a 27 year former "Best Of Boston" Master Trainer and see and feel the difference!
