If you enjoy oysters, you better not eat for days leading up to Dennis Oyster Week. Whether you like your oysters raw, steamed or in specialty oyster dishes, there should be something for everyone! Oyster, Discussion by Oyster 101, watch a film on "Shellshocked" with Q&A time after the movie, listen Joshua Reitsma, Marine Specialist, presentation o the importance of our oysters to the local economy and environment. The celebration ends with a great block party Saturday, October 25th in Dennis Port Village starting at 11am with their annual Halloween Dog Costume Parade, enjoy burgers, hot dogs, visit the beer garden, 50/50 raffle, classic cars, live music, of course OYSTERS and check out all the local merchants that have helped put Dennis Port back on the map.
