About Us
Laughter Yoga is a unique way to generate hearty laughter as a body exercise. Laugh for the Health of It and increase joy, shed stress, promote energy, resilience, and positive connection. No mats or yoga poses — group exercises alternated with deep belly breaths, and guided relaxation. You will feel relaxed, and refreshed!
How We Got Started
In my work as an Integrative Health Coach, in 2015 I came across Laughter Yoga as a strategy to promote wellbeing. I took a class, and was hooked by how joyful and energized I felt. I took extensive training to both lead Laughter Yoga groups and then to train others to do so. Laughter work has become my primary focus — to empower people to take charge of their health and happiness.
