Mitten Home Infusion is Michigan’s premier concierge infusion nursing service, providing Registered Nurse-led care in the home, office, venue, or in-clinic by appointment. We support IV vitamins/hydration and supplemental infusions, IM vitamin injections, and specialty therapies including IVIG, biologics, and SCIG—along with teach-and-train visits, monitoring, and documentation. GLP-1s and peptides are shipped to the patient’s home through our specialty pharmacy partners, with RN teach-and-train support to ensure safe use and confident self-administration. For vitamin IVs and injectables, we can follow your doctor’s order, or provide a physician standing order to share with your provider.

We’re located at 4021 Cascade Road, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 (in/next to Keystone Compounding Pharmacy), with a 5-chair mini infusion clinic, and we also provide mobile services across Michigan for specialty pharmacy.
