I have not received any additional revenue from paid ads. I feel that depending on the field or specialty paid ads can help however in a field where there is sensitive information people would rather go for a company they can get a referral from. So I think word of mouth is the best.

In the past I have found that companies like that are dealing more with a micro manager and managers that feel that their way is the only way. I have worked for people like that and it becomes a big problem when vendors are looking for payment and they are being held up. That is a company that...

In the past I have found that companies like that are dealing more with a micro manager and managers that feel that their way is the only way. I have worked for people like that and it becomes a big problem when vendors are looking for payment and they are being held up. That is a company that has to rush to pay things and makes it hard to keep their finances accurate.
