Good Morning! I love working with first time home buyers! Before we even look at homes, I strongly suggest they speak with their Financial Institution or, a Mortgage Broker. It simply does not make sense to look at homes they will love if they can't have it. We need to go through the home...

Good Morning! I love working with first time home buyers! Before we even look at homes, I strongly suggest they speak with their Financial Institution or, a Mortgage Broker. It simply does not make sense to look at homes they will love if they can't have it. We need to go through the home buying process of being approved, understanding what they can afford and why they should try to stay below their budget. Explain how important a Home Inspection is, how it can prevent them from making a costly purchase. Work with a Realtor that they trust and feel will keep their best interests at heart. It's such a huge purchase, we don't want the buyers to feel financially stressed or mortgage poor. Living life is important too.
