About Us

Jobs for Ohio's Graduates (JOG) is a non-profit organization passionately dedicated to youth workforce development. Our mission revolves around equipping young individuals aged 16-24 with essential employability and life skills, fostering their journey towards becoming successful young adults. One of our central initiatives is to provide them with opportunities to explore a wide range of career pathways.

To help us achieve this mission, JOG collaborates closely with employers and community partners who share our commitment. We offer a unique arrangement where our partners can support our youth by providing subsidized employees or interns.

How We Got Started

Established in 1987 as a non-profit organization, Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates is an affiliate of Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG). The JOG mission is to assist disadvantaged youth in making a successful transition from youth into adulthood. An award-winning program, JOG annually provides evidence-based services to 2,000+ at-risk and disadvantaged youth between the ages of 16 and 24 in Ashland, Medina, Stark, Summit, and Trumbull Counties.
