GREAT question...we serve (among other vertical markets) the healthcare industry (medical/dental/chiro) and you'd be amazed at how many have yet to transition over to electronic medical records and go paperless. Aside from that vertical, we serve small businesses and I run into less than 3% that "get it" and actually scan everything and organize with an app like Evernote. Being a paperless proponent and user of Evernote for everything, I can say that it requires a fair amount of discipline. Too many small businesses are busy working in their business and not on it and lastly, the small business is late to the game in realizing the role that technology plays.
