This will help us all survive. Number one: Suspend all extra expenses including personal.number 2; Shut down the most cash heavy projects. Number three; sell off any non-important asset. number 4: Digitize, is there any thing that you can offer people that can be down loaded? number 5; What can be systematized? So you can use less people. number 6: Do events online. number 7: Count your cash balance everyday, check your cash flow every week. number 8: collect cash from those customers that owe you money and renegotiate contracts with vendors. number 9: Conserve cash-its king! number 10: energize your customers by adding more value. number 11: reactivate your existing customers. ask them what can I do to help?
