Chef Marie Yniguez began Slow Roasted Bocadilllos as a cafe and a sandwich shop in 2009-2010. After making the best slow roasted meat sandwiches in Albuquerque for over 8 years, she has now opened a restaurant using the recipes from her own family! Chef Marie has represented New Mexico on number of food shows such as Triple D, Chopped, Triple G, Bite Club, and The Great Food Truck Race, just to name a few!
