Scar Tissue Reduction Therapy helps rehydrate dehydrated areas of fascia. Dehydrated fascia tends to become stuck and adhesions form, holding the fascia in place. By gently releasing adhesions and encouraging circulation of fluid to the dehydrated fascia, Myofascial Release is able to encourage healing and realignment of tissues.

Scar Tissue Reduction Therapy recognizes that in addition to having stuck fascia, the channels (usually referred to as “meridians”) through which energy flows can be blocked. As such, techniques for clearing meridians, stimulation of acupressure and Marmas points are used to help clear blockages, release fascia, and loosen tight muscles.
