I'm on a PC and I use FlashBack Pro Recorder by Blueberry Software.  It was a lot less than Camtasia, but it can be buggy.   Here is a Youtube video created using FlashBack Pro .  I has some nice features for zooming on the screen and mouse tracking.   (more) I'm on a PC and I use FlashBack Pro Recorder by Blueberry Software.  It was a lot less than Camtasia, but it can be buggy.   Here is a Youtube video created using FlashBack Pro .  I has some nice features for zooming on the screen and mouse tracking.

I agree you need to stay in a 16:9 format, then I would shot two or three baskets together then zoom into one, then other and so on.   The most important reason to make a video is to tell a story, and that's the hardest thing to get your head around.   The still shots don't really tell a story,... Real Estate Agents will get desperate to fix things to close a deal and avoid a law suit due to a disclosure issue. First advice would be to lien the home, but the problem can come with the title insurance, protecting the new homeowner from since the lien wasn't recorded prior tot he closing. In other words it may cost you more to collect on the lien than the amount due on your invoice. In the future if the work is requested by ad Real Estate Agent do the work and lien the property immediately. Then the Agent will be forced to pay you from the closing proceeds.

Your clients may not always like your answer but they will respect your honesty, and our knowledge when faces with a difficult decision. I find it interesting that some are great at listing properties, getting the home ready, others are great at finding the perfect home, and others at closing the deal, the transaction. Few are expects at all three, which is why so many realtors part with someone who's strengths cover their weaknesses.

Think of a video is a short story. It has several elements: Establish the Scene (Who and Where), The Theme (whats happening), the Conflict (what to fix), then the resolution. Keep in mind these basic parts of telling a story and it will help you find the shots. (more) Think of a video is a short story. I switched to Wells Fargo about 20 years ago because Compass Bank, now some other name, was charging around $20 per month for a business checking account. WF had no fees as long as I had 3 products. A checking account, saving account, with an automatic $100 transfer on the first of the month, or more if I want, and a debit card. I never use the debit card, and I move money between the checking an savings without fees whenever I want. I would switch to a local bank, but they all charge some kind of monthly fee on the checking account.

Now I have several transactions a week for a couple of thousand a week. I do use the online invoicing, as many of my clients are not present at the time of the sale. I know i could save some money shopping for a lower rate, Square can be really high.
