About Us
Our Mission is to provide support to our loved ones who are affected by this disease of addiction, to advocate for improved treatment options and services to prevent incarceration or death, educating our young children on the active and deadly traits of heroin, and breaking down the stigma of addiction that has labeled our loved ones who struggle daily.
How We Got Started
Heroin Support Inc started in the summer of 2013 after a close friend had become hooked by this deadly disease of addiction. At that time I had no idea that this drug existed nor did I know how powerful it’s stranglehold is on its victim. I took it upon myself to gather as much information on this drug to help myself and others better understand its history and its characteristics.
