Good video, good tips. Unfortunately scammers use tactics that actual help desks representatives also use. Discernment is required. My tips are don't be afraid to call the numbers you already know to get a hold of tech support, you are likely paying for a service that gives you this. So call the number given to you at the time when you subscribed.  Usually they are not calling out to you, you call into them when you need help. There's so many ways to scam and all of this is on the rise, especially amongst the elderly with the rise of AI. So just be aware.
