Used both, I have been using Freshbooks for 8 years for my business, I love it, but when we change the company from LLC to C Corp it require to have the balance sheet which freshbooks doesnt provide, so we have to switch to QB but no integration between then and we have data for all those years,...

both integrate with your bank accounts, both do online invoicing, QB you have to use QB for your your gateway but freshbooks are more flexible and you can use autorized.net with it .
