30 Years Plus in the Medical Field as a Healthcare Provider. Worked as a Respiratory Therapists @ BUMC, Dallas Firefighter/Paramedic, Taught as an EMS Instructor @ UTSW Medical School, flew as a Flight Medic. Now I teach the American Heart Association Courses & incorporate my experience from the field into the class so to give (Real-World) experiences and not just reading a book to teach a course. We have done CPR on people in the hospital environment and as a Paramedic with DFR. I came out of retirement to teach the courses the right way.
