We opened our doors in Spring of 2004! As private investors ourselves (starting out with very little money/capital) we greatly appreciated strategic savings in loan cost, interest rates, and less money out of pocket overall. We realized the market was not adequately sharing information to the common real estate homeowner/investor and we wanted to educate and fill that gap in the market with sharing financing opportunities with future homeowner investors.
