Certified Equi-First Aid USA and Canine Health Canada/International Instructor
Our mission is prevention and safety!
Emergencies can happen at any time. If you own a horse, donkey, mule or dog, it's not if... but when... you'll be faced with an emergency or serious and painful medical condition.
We will teach you how to recognize and assess a situation, respond accordingly and give you the confidence to help your four-legged companions in any emergency.
Equi-First Aid USA courses were developed to expand the equine health care and emergency response knowledge base of horse owners; they help instill confidence in horse owners as well as improve the lives of horses by increasing the equine survival rate in an emergency.
Canine Health Canada/International courses are dedicated to providing you with the right tools to help your dog in any emergency.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in Animal Science with an emphasis in Agricultural Education and Military Science in 1999.
I am a former Agriculture teacher/FFA Advisor, a former 4-H leader, current Grange leader and I have worked as a public servant for over 20 years.
With the help of my husband and son, we own and run Alpine Creek Ranch in Alpine, CA where some of the clinics will be held.
