About Us

Why did I start Warpaint Graphix? Simply put, I grew up drawing, painting, sculpting, and building with Lego and Erector sets! I have a passion and love for art. I started at 2 years of age and never stopped. I received my B.F.A. in Studio Art from WTAMU in 1998. I have worked as a Creative Director and Art Director for several national and global companies and decided it was time to start my own company.

We are Warpaint Graphix! To thrive in a competitive world, you have to first put on your Warpaint!

How We Got Started

Warpaint Graphix was established in 2015 when Barry & Jeremiah, sharing common interest, came together to bring to life their creations in 2D and 3D. Our dreams flourished in these areas, not only in the Panhandle but all over the country.

Research what social media platforms you would like to market on. There is a science, a method, and a strategy. I would say the biggest challenge to Facebook is the content used. Just remember people are on Facebook for many reasons so you have to attract people and not try to push the hard sell. Remember, know the best times and days to post and what content to post. You must have a marketing strategy and it must be tailored to hit the target audience you are trying to captivate.

I will say that in most cases you do not want to do too much selling on your social media platforms. It has worked best for me to focus on keeping people informed, letting them know why you are doing what you are doing, how your business reaches out to the community, sharing certain aspects of your business culture and so forth.

An excellent starting point is understanding the "Why" in your business. Ultimately, you can incorporate that into your marketing plan. Why, How, and What? Why is most important. To stand out from the crowd, I think it is worth it to personally write a handwritten letter. After all, how many of those do we get these days? It is easy to go to spam or get deleted by sending an email. Do a thorough job of getting to know as much about the company you are sending to before writing your letter. Your job is to make a connection. This is why I love Alignable! They make suggestions based on what type of business you have and place you with proper business connections. After connecting you could ask if that person would like to go for a cup of coffee. The worst that could happen is a business connection was not made, but there still may be referral or other possibilities. Stay positive, always smile, and make those connections.
