Working at a local bank and helping buyers with their financing of homes and businesses in the early 90's and then personally Investing in local Real Estate got me started in the business.

I have not had great success with Zillow, Trulia or Zillow. Low quality. SoI of course is still the best. But if you don't have that large of a database some other ideas are good. FB leads and I have had some success with Qazzo.com leads. They will have an incubation period but with a drip...

FB leads and I have had some success with Qazzo.com leads. They will have an incubation period but with a drip campaign and picking up the phone - you will have success. RE is a contact sport!
