About Us
OHI Engineering is a full-service environmental consulting firm. In one line of work, we complete Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for commercial and industrial properties on the market. We facilitate the clean-up of leaking oil tanks and hazardous materials at commercial and residential properties, provide closure services with MassDEP, and often combine these ESA/LSP/LEP services with geotechnical investigations.
OHI Engineering works with Fannie May and Freddie Mac REO properties to bring them into environmental compliance, and we regularly submit our reports as part of SBA loans.
