You can also purchase access to the materials and work on your own.

(more) My business revolves around managing stress!  :-)  First of all, it's not the coronavirus that's the problem; it's our response to the situation that causes distress. Maintain your baseline in a place of mindfulness and positivity.  We can't change the past, and there's no point in worrying about the future; what are you doing right now?  That's the only logical place to focus our attention.  Keep it positive.  There is always something positive or to be grateful for in every situation, even if it's only that you had the strength to survive.
