Philip, all is not lost; you have a Yelp profile with 26 reviews and a 4.5 rating. Stay consistent, keep asking for reviews, and, if I may suggest, "Claim your business profiles." Flawed characters could do far worse to your business online than a bad review if they take over your profile.
