I love to use my cell phone as a great business tool.  We are in a modern age of having he ability to answer clients on a quicker scale, manage our meetings, take notes and promote our business'.

Having your cell phone during a meeting should be kept to minimal usage.  Meetings are to engage with the other members of the meeting on the subject of matter.  Focus should stay on the meeting and not on the cell phone.  Businesses should have set company rules for the usage of cell phones in and out of meetings.
