(2) Reach out to the city & utilities pertaining to building permits, zoning, lot fees, development charges, connection fees, road fees, tree fees etc
(3) drawings, do you have an architect or plan or engineering drawings
(4) are you the general contractor or someone else. If you are the general contractor you may not be eligible for a warranty
(5) Consult professionals, Realtor, Builders, Lawyers, Mortgage Brokers, etc
