How We Got Started
I was just loving using and sharing the oils for a year, giving as gifts, but when I was able to assist my body's anti-inflammatory response for a specific need I was immediately ready to sign up as a business! I love helping people find natural solutions for all their challenges.

I also, along with all of you, was glad to be pushed to actually use my Zoom channel to teach oil classes instead of in person. It’s a hard year but I’m blessed to be able to still help people! ❤️
Personally I didn’t gain weight the first 2 mos but did later, even after getting back to playing Pickleball 3 x a week. Friends gained too. Wc have not been super committed to lose that weight but I started back this week & hope to be inspiring. I used to be a WW leader for 15 years but it’s...

Never had time to join Toastmasters but now with Covid 19 I’m going to attend a Zoom meeting today that I saw on Meetup! I love my BNI chapter but can always use personal development re: public speaking, and this will help my customers too. ☺️

We went from oils classes in my home & elsewhere to Zoom classes & One to ones on Zoom or phone or in public, keeping safe distance etc.. People are clamoring for natural solutions for immune support, emotional support & healthy home products in this scary time.

I tried for quite a few months. My problem is when people typed in “Doterra Anchorage” or “Doterra” they were usually already in Doterra & just had a question so I basically wasted my money since I was an unpaid secretary giving out the 1-800 to them. But my SEO guy in our BNI chapter has run...

My problem is when people typed in “Doterra Anchorage” or “Doterra” they were usually already in Doterra & just had a question so I basically wasted my money since I was an unpaid secretary giving out the 1-800 to them. But my SEO guy in our BNI chapter has run targeted ads for me that worked up to a point. The problem now is that we have a Doterra oils distribution center in Anchorage, so they come up right away instead of me. Facebook ads haven’t worked for me yet. One to ones & classes is the best way. Relationship & trust is super important.

I love it & treat them like any other. My most fun call was a woman who had been looking for a Doterra rep, saw my decal on the back of my car window & called. I ask questions to see what their physical, emotional, home, family & pet needs are & suggest a few oils or supplements. I give 1-2...

I ask questions to see what their physical, emotional, home, family & pet needs are & suggest a few oils or supplements. I give 1-2 samples in a short meeting & follow up. That woman happily enrolled to get the wholesale price.
Nothing usually! I walk Mon & Wed morning, play Pickleball 3-4 x a week, tap dance once & watch gr kids 1-2 days a week. 😀

I’ve cut down on the amount of Christmas cards I send but for the ones I do send I usually include a nice magnetic fridge calendar with my business photo & info on. I also now ask the grandkids to help with home decorating, & it is done in record time, plus they love it! I’ve simplified the...

I’ve simplified the annual cookie baking & frosting with grandkids & the pizza baking afterwards.
