YELP is the worst platform ever! People write negative reviews at the drop of a hat even though they've had amazing experiences many other times. And customers say that they've enjoyed the food but leave 1 star because they had to wait too long on a busy day. The ad people suck you into a yearlong contract that does absolutely nothing! You get a commercial, but who watches commercials? I can't stand them on TV why would I watch one online? They need to change their name to WHINE
