I have a lot of websites out there but nothing close to 150! However, I have always trusted GoDaddy. I've been with them since about 1998. I would contact them and see what they have to offer you.

I would research what is availble for buyers to use to help renovate the house and have those resources available. I had my mother's house to sell but it didn't have a full foundation. The buyers wanted the house bad enough that they got a construction loan to cover the foundation and a few other items and then rolled that into the loan.

I think if you have a side-hustle it's important to make sure that it fits with your realty services. Otherwise, I think it sends a mixed message. People may be concerned you will try to sell them on products rather than working on their realty needs. Just my opinion. However, LegalShield is a...

However, LegalShield is a perfect fit for Realtors because buyers and sellers need access to legal advice and identity protection.

I have attended home buying seminars. I think it all depends on what you planned on presenting to the potential buyer/seller. I think sellers could get great value out of attending seminar on how best to present your home, staging, what to expect, etc. Selling your home is more than signing the contract to sell. Home buyers could benefit from the seminar to explain how the buying process works, what to expect in the process, what you should look for, etc. Either way, you might want to bring in associates who work within the real estate arena such as mortage people, home inspection, etc. I am looking for Realtors to partner with as my business offers services for buyers, sellers, and Realtors.

It isn't hard to find my phone number since it is included in my ecommerce site. I don't like to hide my phone number. I considered using an 800 number but that seemed like you aren't located in the community. My cell phone is my only phone so I guess that takes care of part of that answer. When...

I considered using an 800 number but that seemed like you aren't located in the community. My cell phone is my only phone so I guess that takes care of part of that answer. When I had a landline I published both numbers because it is important to me to always be available to clients and potential clients.

When my daughters were little we owned a bakery. In order to be able to have pennies for the gumball machines they had to earn them. Their job was to wash the outside of the cases with windex and paper towels. They had fun, it wasn't a large job, and they learned that money just doesn't grow on...

Their job was to wash the outside of the cases with windex and paper towels. They had fun, it wasn't a large job, and they learned that money just doesn't grow on trees. One thing that I didn't anticipate was that they thought you just opened the til where I went to work later and take out money! Kind of like telling me to just write a check when I said I didn't have any money. LOL Teach them young!

My business is more of an "in person" type of business so getting in front of people is how I will increase my marketing.
