Elm Square Oyster Co. is a Modern New England Eatery with a beautiful custom Oyster bar. Our menu is fun, fresh and exciting with our Chef Michael Sherman’s interpretation of “New” New England cuisine. We are a scratch kitchen - making all of our sauces, condiments, seasonings, etc from scratch. We work closely with local fishermen, farmers, distillers and brewers to provide a unique dining experience for our guests.

Behind the bar, we will embrace everything that is great about American craft beverages. Our bar will feature an extensive American Bourbon selection, American and imported wine list, small batch spirits & local craft beers from some of the best craftsmen in America.
