About Us
Handy Andys Detailed Cleaning specializes in house cleaning and apartment cleaning. We have several cleaning packages the light cleaning, the general cleaning, and the deep cleaning. The light cleaning consists of a quick dusting of surfaces, a quick mopping of the floors, and a quick vacuuming. The general cleaning is more intense. With that we include washing of toilets, bathtubs, sinks, and kitchen counters. In the deep cleaning faze kitchen cabinets will be polished, bathroom tile and grout will be included and so forth. We also offer garage cleaning, basement cleaning, and attic cleaning. We wash the rafters and disinfect the floors. A few other services that we offer are wall washing, power washing, and we also offer a package to get your home or apartment show ready.

Honestly I just simply ask. I have a platform right on my website they can use to leave reviews. I also have an app from the BBB that allows me to send a text alert to the customer to remind them to leave a review.

First off no one likes an a**hole. When you say aggessive that could back fire terribly, instead be a teacher. Have some patience. Its important to lead by example. Once they have at least 3 weeks of experience the jitters should have dissipated and that worker should be settled in to their role....

Its okay to be firm with your expectations and you do that by checking their work and teaching what the expected outcome should be. Make sure that each task at hand is clear and the biggest thing that breeds success is communication. I hope this helps you in your endeavours.
