In general, I find the question on more or less productive when working from home depends on the employee, their state of mind (especially during the Covid-19 emergency), and their WFH environment. Some do fine and are more productive when they don't have other office distractions to slow them... (more) In general, I find the question on more or less productive when working from home depends on the employee, their state of mind (especially during the Covid-19 emergency), and their WFH environment. Some do fine and are more productive when they don't have other office distractions to slow them down. Some are too distracted by everything going on at home. I would just take it on a case by case basis and help everyone work the best they can until things get back to normal.

His explanation of the differences between the business owner as a craftsman and the owner as the owner of a business was probably the most valuable lesson I have learned.  That and learning about EOS, the Entrepreneur's Operating System have helped me make huge strides in building my business in the past five years as opposed to the first five.
