About NeuroSynergy Integrative Health
NeuroSynergy Integrative Health is where science and soul come together to support whole-person healing.
We help adults reconnect the brain, body, and nervous system through an integrative, neuroscience-informed approach designed for complex, chronic, and often overlooked health challenges.
Our work blends:
• nervous system regulation
• brain health and cognitive support
• functional and lifestyle medicine
• advanced wellness insights, including specialty labs and genetics
• personalized strategies to support resilience, recovery, and long-term wellbeing
This multidimensional approach helps clients better understand the deeper patterns that may be contributing to symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, stress-related health concerns, inflammation, hormone imbalance, cognitive changes, gut issues, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation.
At NeuroSynergy, we believe the body functions as an interconnected system where sleep, stress, hormones, inflammation, digestion, cognition, environment, and emotional health continuously influence one another.
Our role is to help connect those pieces with clarity, compassion, and structure so clients can move from overwhelm toward greater balance, resilience, and transformation.
What Makes NeuroSynergy Different
1. A Nervous System-First Approach
We begin with regulation and safety because meaningful healing starts when the nervous system feels supported.
2. A Multidimensional Lens
We look beyond isolated symptoms to explore the relationship between brain, body, lifestyle, environment, and individualized biological patterns.
3. Clarity for Complex Cases
We specialize in helping individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unseen after years of fragmented care and unanswered questions.
Meet the Founder
Dr. Sarah Young, PhD, IMD, CCC-SLP, is a neurointegrative clinician specializing in brain-body healing for complex and invisible health conditions.
Her work bridges neuroscience, nervous system regulation, functional medicine, and integrative wellness to help individuals reconnect with clarity, resilience, and hope.
After navigating her own traumatic brain injury and healing journey, Dr. Sarah developed a deep understanding of the interconnected nature of health and the importance of compassionate, personalized care.
Today, she helps clients move from confusion and fragmentation toward greater understanding, regulation, and transformation through an approach rooted in both science and soul.
NeuroSynergy Integrative Health was born from both professional experience and personal transformation.
After experiencing a traumatic brain injury and navigating her own complex healing journey, Dr. Sarah Young began to see a pattern echoed in countless others: people struggling with brain fog, fatigue, overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, and invisible symptoms that often did not fully make sense within fragmented healthcare models.
As a clinician with a background in neuroscience, speech-language pathology, and integrative medicine, she recognized that healing could not be approached in isolated pieces. The brain affects the body. Stress affects inflammation. Sleep affects cognition. The nervous system affects everything.
NeuroSynergy was created to help reconnect those pieces.
Today, NeuroSynergy blends neuroscience, nervous system regulation, functional medicine, and whole-person healing to help adults move from overwhelm to clarity with compassionate, personalized support
