Great response, Lauren. Couldn't agree more about humans in the loop in general. All I do are automations that focus on the human touch point. Where's the sweet spot for saving a person massive amounts of time, while still maintaining the true personal approach to what's being delivered, or approved? Validating the output of AI is grossly underprioritised. As far as AI being a great sound board, I can only say from personal experience that the models I use have been customized in a way I like them to respond, and the type of processing of information that works best for me. Doing this has made AI understand me more than general conversation. I’ve had AI remind me of conversations from months ago and tie together information, organically, because it knows my company direction, and style of learning and doing business. I definitely don’t need AI for anything emotional, but from a business and learning perspective it's made me stronger at doing what I do on many levels. I’d love to know more how you used AI for your client sheet.
