We are doing our best to limit close contact with our clients and realtors as much as possible while we are at the home- including restrictions on who can be present. We adhere to InterNACHI Covid-19 procedures including wearing gloves, masks and ask anyone that we meet with to do the same. We offer phone or video meetings rather than face to face but are understanding that buyers want to see the home. Definitely a slow time compared to previous years so we can accommodate quick turn around times.  We have always tried to take care of the property we inspect so this is no different. We were offering different services to assist the realtor who was not permitted to conduct any in person work but now that the restrictions have been lifted, we are seeing a decrease in those transactions.
