I am a benevolent disruptor and an agent of change! Through provocative questions and deep listening, I guide my clients through powerful mindset shifts and to challenge the status quo. Whether working with small business leadership or individual clients, we confront their unconscious beliefs, shaped and internalized over time, often without questioning their validity. These "agreements" create self-imposed limitations that keep us stuck and prevent us from moving forward. I am masterful and compassionate in reshaping perspectives and dismantling the false narratives my clients tell themselves. Through conversation, reflection and new choices, there is empowered transformation and growth. This, in turn, opens the door to the joy, connection and fulfillment that allow each of us to thrive. When supporting leadership evolution and the organization's professional development. there is likewise a meaningful impact on personal growth as well! Conversely, working 1:1 often beautifully influences professional satisfaction.
After 35 years of practicing law, I grew weary of the combative nature of the industry and being held hostage to court scheduling. Realizing that connecting with my clients and gently supporting them in finding a path forward was the anchor that kept me afloat while practicing law. It is the awareness that led to my transition to coaching and consulting.
My legal background and expertise uniquely inform my ability to guide individuals and organizations through various challenges. I bring valuable insights into letting go of control, problem-solving, negotiation, and critical thinking, as well as an intense curiosity and deep listening skills . . . .
