Lori Zeoli, Advisor for AI Adoption and Change Management
xpLORIZE AI Advisors, LLC
At xpLORIZE AI Advisors, we believe successful AI adoption requires more than assessment and implementation. The missing piece is Change Management—the bridge that connects strategy to execution. Too often, companies rush from audit to action, only to find AI unused because the business didn’t establish the right infrastructure and preparation to fully put it into practice.
Our approach is grounded in a People First, Technology Second mindset, looking at AI adoption holistically across the organization. We guide and walk together with our clients through the readiness assessments, change management, structured implementation, training, and checkups.
By guiding and educating leaders and their most important assets—their people—with proven adoption methods, best practices, leadership/staff training and AI ethics, we position businesses to integrate AI responsibly, optimize operations to boost productivity and profits, gain trust across their teams and clients, and achieve results that last. This critical balance between humanity and innovation keeps technology in service of people—empowering leaders and staff to gain creativity, expand their capabilities, and build skills that make them indispensable to the future of work.
At 52, I found myself at a crossroads that millions of professionals are facing right now.
I was experienced. I was skilled. I had 27 years as a manager and consultant in the enterprise software industry, helping organizations transform through technology. But the world was changing faster than my employer was preparing me. AI was reshaping everything and I could feel it.
I left corporate and did what I had always done best. I applied my decades of software consulting expertise to the AI space, translating complex technology into real business solutions. This transition was extremely natural. AI transformation is still transformation and that has always been my sweet spot.
That is why I founded xpLORIZE AI Advisors. Not to replace people with AI. But to make people more valuable because of it.
Today I work with founder-led professional services firms and AI implementation partners across the across the U.S. to turn AI adoption from a challenge into a competitive advantage.
