The Ardente Gourmet Stirrer will stir all your soups, stews, sauces, chili,
polenta and much more. It fits all of your own 2 handle stock pots from
9 inches to 14 inches in diameter and 11 inches in depth. We also have
longer shafts for deeper pots. Run on 4 C-cell batteries and will stir for
18 hours .The blades are rated for 375 degrees and are made
from high temp. Food grade nylon.
