A lot of what I do is counseling and consoling. Who you choose to do your taxes is an important step. That's a reason to use an EA, someone who can stand in for you at the IRS.

Well here's Food For Thought. Are you a large corporation and you need a CPA to do your bookkeeping for financials? Meaning you have shareholders or a bank to answer to. Or are you a small business? You need your books done because you want to pay the least amount of taxes legitimately?
