Years ago when they been called Service Magic I used until I find out they reselling same lead up to 10 people but they told you it’s for only 3 Contractors also a lot of bad leads or fake.

Sometime we using a Flat rate that include everythong on it. All depends if the costumer have not issue with the Cash flow

Warranties companies always are looking for pay less and must the time you finished dealing with the costumers and they blame will be on you when Warranties companies does not want spend the money to fix Mayor Plumbing Issues I stop to used also they are slow to pay contractors
