We build and design websites for small to medium sized businesses. Focusing on Conversions is what we do. Wether that be generating leads for your business or getting the sale, your goal is #1. We pride ourselves in being very affordable and fast! Give me a few days to a week on average and your website is ready!
How We Got Started
Having built my own websites for a few years and loving it, in the summer of 2017 we decided to help a few friends with their sites and by January 1, 2018 we officially created Troyer Websites

We had been selling mostly online and over the phone prior to COVID and still do. A web design digital marketing agency doesn’t have a lot of walk-Ins. Yes I’d be open to an interview.

Yes definitely! I recently had a guy telling me he wants to order his website from us, but every time we called him he was always unavailable. Finally, I left him a message, telling him he has a phone too, and if he is serious about placing his order he needs to call us! Within an hour he called...

We have used Facebook's employment platform with moderate success. But we've had the best results with asking current employees who they know that has the qualifications and might be interested in said position. Usually they know someone and would love to be able to work with someone they know...

We offer payment plan obtions for most of our packages. Usually if that isn’t enough or they don’t have Paypal credit they likely shouldn’t be in business...🤷🏻♂️
If you do payment plans, I’d recommend using an automated billing system where their card is on file. We don’t like invoicing more...

We do Facebook ads and get great results. But we are focusing on marketing more than websites. Plus we pay current customers for referrals. We blog as well. Share value first.
