"I needed to update my company’s “music on hold” track, which consisted of background music and a marketing message that callers hear while they’re on hold, and I had absolutely no idea where to start. Fortunately I found Randy through an internet search for voiceover talent.
I provided Randy with an example of our current on hold track, the new script, and a rough idea of what I was after. He was able to procure the background music for me, and provided several samples for me to choose from. His voice was perfect for our marketing message; clear, calm, and professional. His rates were extremely reasonable, and he completed the entire projects in only a couple of days.
What I assumed/feared was going to be a long, difficult, and potentially expensive project turned out to be quicker, easier, and much more economical than I could have imagined. I couldn’t be happier with the final product, or the overall experience.
