What are your top safety concerns for reopening?

We have mandated masks for staff and clients and if client doesn’t want to wear one then they have to continue with Telehealth. We have them sign an agreement online before their first in office appt that they will check their temps and nit attend their appointment if they have a temperature or any of the symptoms of COVID-19. My biggest concern is despite doing everything we can to keep people safe by social distance in the lobby, using disinfectant, and wearing masks that myself, my staff or one of our clients will still end up being ill. But I do believe that masks are the key of protection.
