What I have learned the most is patience . You may have several good months and several slow months. Also I have learned that its not always what you know but who you know. Most business is word of mouth and your referrals. The industry is alot harder now due to internet based competition. Most people are miss quoting themselves but want to seek consoling from an agent when there is a problem.
